fly. All new Subaru Legacy models come standard with a 2.5-liter,
16-valve, SOHC horizontally opposed 4-cylinder engine that delivers
165 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and produces 166 pounds-per-foot of
torque at 4,000 rpm.
The
new Subaru Legacy performance is enhanced by sequential multi-port
fuel injection, low-maintenance distributorless electronic ignition,
and an Engine Control Module that manages fuel injection ignition
systems and features learning, self-diagnosis, limp-home and antiknock
capabilities (2008).
